Mrs. Hill has over 28 years of recent experience in primary elementary education. She is equipped with the knowledge and comprehension of current Standards of Learning goals for Virginia’s Kindergarteners.

With this knowledge, she is mindful of the foundational skills that young learners should master to achieve Kindergarten Readiness. Mrs. Hill’s experience as a Reading Interventionist will also be essential to SSFLC’s School-Aged students' readiness.

Mrs. Luster's nursing, customer service, and regulatory expertise will benefit SSFLC's family relationships and compliance with licensing and other requirements of the Center.
